Who Should Attend 

Anyone over the age of 19, regardless of education level, race, religious belief, or employment status who is sincerely interested in helping improve the community.

Duration 

Sessions are held based on the schedule provided on the application, on Friday's from January – June, 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

There will be two sessions that are 3 hours long.

Location and Cost ​

The sessions are conducted VIRTUALLY, unless otherwise announced. Our physical site when required is provided by educational partners,  Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State University – Harrisburg. 

With a $1,500 tuition. Limited scholarships are available.
