Lexi Jones

Lexi Jones is originally from Lancaster, PA but is relatively new to the Harrisburg area. After graduating with honors from Juniata College in 2021 she entered the workforce mid pandemic with a degree in Communication Social Advocacy and a Psychology Minor. Prior to her degree Lexi, as an AFS Speedwell Scholarship recipient, has always been committed to being a global citizen. During her time at Juniata, she wore many hats including Black Student Union President, PLEXUS Treasurer for First Generation College Students, and even as DJ Blue with a college radio show. In her current role she serves as the Operations & Program Support Manager at Leadership Harrisburg Area. Where she spends every day interacting with and learning from her community while also practicing the principles of Servant Leadership. She considers herself to be a Social Justice Advocate, Diversity & Inclusion Enthusiast, and a skilled dreamer. She strives to constantly work towards evolving, improving, and challenging the world and her perception of it. In her free time one would be sure to find her either curating new playlists or spending time with her fur child Zen Jones.
